About the Toronto Laubach Literacy Council
The Toronto Laubach Literacy Council (TLLC) has been in operation since August 2002. We are an unfunded, non-profit, unincoporated literacy council which strives to provide adult learners with basic skills in literacy, numeracy and computers.

The TLLC is operated upon a volunteer basis through tutoring and related projects. Majority of tutors have received tutor training either through Laubach Literacy Ontario or the Metro Toronto Movement for Literacy. Student identities and their information are kept confidential.
